Estadio José Amalfitani
Estadio José Amalfitani is a football stadium in the city of Buenos Aires, and is home of CA Vélez Sársfield, one of the most successful clubs from Argentina. Inside Argentina, a common nickname for the stadium is the Fort. The stadium was built in 1947 and later remodeled in preparation for the 1978 FIFA World Cup. It has capacity for 49 000 spectators although it doesn't provide seating for all of them, like many Argentine stadiums. It is also used for rugby union matches as well as music concerts like the british heavy metal band Iron Maiden in 1998, 2001 and 2004.
