Estadio Pedro Bidegain
Estadio Pedro Bidegain, nicknamed el Nuevo Gasómetro, is the home stadium of CA San Lorenzo de Almagro in the Nueva Pompeya neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It is mostly used for football matches and has a capacity of 43 000, making it one of the biggest stadiums in the country. The stadium was inauguration in 1993. CA San Lorenzo de Almagro's old ground, the historic Estadio Gasómetro, was expropiated by the military government in 1979. They said they needed to open new streets through the stadium but they sold the place to a French supermarket.
