Hanrapetakan Stadium
Hanrapetakan Stadium is a stadium in Yerevan. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Pyunik and the national football team of Armenia. The stadium holds 15 000 and was renovated in 2000. FC Pyunik is one of the most popular and successful football teams from the country. The club's new era began in 2001, when wealthy Armenian businessman Ruben Hayrapetyan bought the club and brought star players from other Armenian teams. FC Ararat Yerevan and FC Banants are the biggest rivals of FC Pyunik.
