Estadio Palogrande
Estadio Palogrande is a stadium in Manizales. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium has a capacity of 36 000 people, making it one of the biggest stadiums in Colombia. It was built in 1936, and was expanded in 1994. Once Caldas plays its home matches at Estadio Palogrande. They were the winners of the 2004 Copa Libertadores, the most important South American football tournament for clubs. In 2005, Once Caldas played against FC Porto in the final of the Intercontinental Cup in Yokohama, which they lost after penalties.
