Estadio Luis de la Fuente
Estadio Luis de la Fuente is named in honour of Luis de la Fuente, one of the most famous Mexican footballers from the 1950s. He died in 1972 after a heart attack and is buried in Veracruz. The facility has a capacity of 30 000 seats and is located at the seaside in Veracruz. It is also referred as the Colossus of the Virginia Neighborhood, el Coloso del Fraccionamiento Virginia in Spanish. The stadium opened in March 1967 and Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz are the only tenant. The club is known as the Red Sharks, los Tiburones Rojos.
