Dick's Sporting Goods Park
Dick's Sporting Goods Park is a football stadium located in Commerce City, a northern suburb of Denver. The stadium can seat up to 18 000 people.
Also included at the venue are youth football fields. The stadium is owned by Commerce City and operated by Kroenke Sports Enterprises, who also own the Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Crush, Colorado Mammoth, and the Denver Nuggets.
The first game at the new stadium was a scrimmage between members of the Colorado Rapids in April 2007. The event was open only to Commerce City residents and season ticket holders. The first official football match was played against DC United.
Dick's Sporting Goods Park hosted the 2007 MLS All-Star Game with a sell-out crowd in attendance.
